Many horse owners are very enthusiastic about both the journal and the site, which offers a representative selection of the journal's indexed articles. A separate link to UC-Davis' Veterinary Genetics Laboratory, it offers a great deal of information on coat colors, genetic disease and diagnostic tests. Visitors can have tests run on their own horses for a small fee. The site includes forms and fees, parentage analysis, DNA testing and color testing.
